Emad Hanna

President and Founder, Emad Bill Hanna, started his career in the technology industry with The Implementation Partners as a Technical and Functional Consultant with the PeopleSoft product. Leading large and complex installations with clients such as Brinks Security and Coors Brewery, Mr. Hanna worked with key stakeholders to insure key business goals were met and each project was on time and within budget. In 2000, Mr. Hanna became a Senior Siebel Development Manager for DIRECTV. As the lead Development Manager, Mr. Hanna implemented one of the largest Siebel call manager, order and offer management systems at DIRECTV. In 2007, Mr. Hanna founded AdvancedSPS (Advanced Software Package Solutions) with a goal of working with organizations that need to better track and service customers and patients, to provide ongoing communications with customers and patients, and to manage their customer service efforts to drive additional revenue. From start-up companies with simple needs, to large complex multi-site implementations, the AdvancedSPS team can work hand-in-hand with you to achieve your objectives.

Robert Kuhlmann

Senior Consultant Mr. Kuhlmann, is a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant with over 15 years of functional experience successfully developing, implementing and managing CRM systems. Mr. Kuhlmann has held senior sales management positions with nationally recognized companies where he was strategically involved in every aspect of their internal CRM strategy. Mr. Kuhlmann has also spent several years with EDS, working as a consultant, subject matter expert and project manager on CRM and call center engagements with companies such as Mitsubishi Electronics, Toshiba, 3Com and Franklin Covey. In December of 2008, Mr. Kuhlmann joined AdvancedSPS bringing his unique experience as a sales professional and CRM system expert. Mr. Kuhlmann’s understanding of the entire sales process from both the sales executive and sales management point of view, coupled with his knowledge of the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamic CRM, gives him a unique combination of skills that allows AdvancedSPS to deliver the best solutions to our clients to maximize ROI on their purchases.

Robert Boscarino

Upon Graduation from Cal State University, Northridge, Mr. Boscarino embarked on a career in accounting and finance holding positions of varied responsibility. Mr. Boscarino’s financial management expertise is derived from 14 years of functional experience working at multidivisional, international, public and private companies within entertainment, retail, manufacturing, and real estate industries. Seeking to leverage his experience and knowledge, Mr. Boscarino left traditional employment for high impact accounting and financial consulting roles. After several years of working for a regional consulting firm, Mr. Boscarino founded Consulting Associates, a firm where experienced professional consultants can leverage their extensive experience in their client companies, and where their client companies can access experienced professionals at a fraction of the cost of traditional consulting firms. Bill Kaik

Senior Integration Consultant Mr. Kaik, is a Certified Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant over 8 years of integration experience in the CRM, Great Plains market. Mr. Kaik was previously employed by Scribe Software as the Lead Sr. Technical consultant; Scribe is one of the market leading migration / integration tools in the CRM Market . He joined AdvanceSPS in March 2009 and has added great value to help our customers integrate many different applications into Dynamics CRM. He has worked on several multi-country CRM deployments while also integrating three ERP systems at the same time. With his experience he brings a unique set of skills that will help you with your migration /integration needs.
